Today I'm grateful for the reminder... "what great things the Lord hath done." I marvel at the beauties of the world, life's opportunities and blessings, and meaningful work and service.
Searching for Hope
The year 2020 has been different than anyone could have imagined. With a worldwide pandemic, financial fears, natural disasters, social turmoil, political uncertainty, and fear and selfishness running rampant many are losing hope. What is hope? Where can we find it? Can it last? As I have pondered individual and collective challenges, and turned to God, I have felt peace in knowing that even during these difficult times, we are in the Lord's hands. God is a loving Heavenly Father. He has a plan for us and will help us. His greatest help came when He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to the earth to teach and heal people, organize His church, ultimately to change the world. His sacrifice makes it possible for each one of us to overcome physical and spiritual death. We will live again. We can repent. We can pray to Him. He will listen. He also sends the Holy Ghost to teach us truth and bring us peace. Prophets have recorded their knowledge of our Heavenly Father's plan. Searching their...
